Your May '25 ALL Stars

Earlier this month, you had the chance to nominate any Avon Schools employee who embodies our mission: ALL belong, learn, and grow. You nominated 41 individuals and we are sending your encouraging comments directly to them.

Here's just a sample of your comments:

• He always comes in with a smile ready to work. He is willing to do anything asked of him. He is loved by everyone! He truly appreciates and loves his job at West. He brings everyone around him so much joy. 
• This incredible team of teachers have worked diligently together to help all of the students to grow their ILearn scores across the board this year.  
•  He keeps the high school going. He and his team do a tremendous amount of work each day that is behind the scenes. The work he does, ensures that the students have a safe and comfortable environment to learn in.
• She is the leader of our PLC and does a great job of navigating our discussions.  She sets high expectations for her students and her students make good gains while with her.  
•  She has done an outstanding job of creating a climate of care, support and acceptance in her classroom. Her students truly work as a team and she makes each one of them feel seen, heard and cared for every single day.
• She exemplifies the qualities of an outstanding educator by fostering a love of learning in all students, regardless of background or ability.
